Hygiene First

As a beauty house, we follow strict hygiene standards. For health and safety reasons, all lash and lip gloss products are final sale once opened or used.

Unopened Items

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact care@laurenluxbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
